FAQ

Delivery

We manufacture a private pod in about four weeks on average. This varies depending on your location, as you should add the time needed for shipping to the production time.

Assembly

Yes, all Hushoffice pods can be connected either through their ceiling or floor. You will choose the route for your power cord on-site during the pod installation.
All the product is packed in a cardboard box on a wooden pallet. The box does not use any metal staples, so it is easy to disassemble and dispose of in the appropriate trash bin. All components inside the box are packed separately for easy handling in narrow staircases.
Hushoffice pods can be connected to standardized wall, ceiling or floorbox power outlets. The power plug specifications match those in use in the customer's country. The safe voltage of 12-24 volts is fed to power ventilation and LED lighting systems in the pod.

Acoustic pods

You can pre-configure your Hushoffice pods in a plenty of ways. Easiest of all, you can go to https://mikomax.actumwork.pl/ and use our dedicated configuration facility.
You can move most Hushoffice pods around your floor without disassembly. Only the Access and hushMeet.L lines need partial disassembly beforehand, as their modules have to be disconnected. Please have a trained installation crew do all the rearrangement work.
Yes, there is an option in all hushPhone pods to attach a bar stool to the floor.
Do not place your private pods far from your team’s desks. We would also advise against installing them in high traffic zones. Placement directly against a wall is not a favorable solution either, as there is less sunlight. Go to our Pod Placement Guide for more information.
We encourage you to consider first what your organization does and how your work is organized to decide exactly how many pods you will need. Do not hesitate to call our experts for support on how to select our pods to best suit your needs. Go to our Pod Placement Guide for more information.

Acoustics

Hushoffice private pods are tested in accordance with ISO 23351:2020 by an external accredited laboratory. We do not publish full test reports on our website. However, the reports are available to our customers on request. Complete sound absorption test results can be found in the technical sheets of each product.
