THE HUSHHYBRID ACOUSTIC POD FOR HYBRID WORK – KEY PRODUCT INFORMATION
The hushHybrid acoustic office pod ensures comfortable conditions for focused individual work, longer video conferences, training sessions and webinars. The booth features a comfortable, soft seat and a depth-adjustable desk top, which facilitates maintaining an upright body position. Inside the pod, there is also a power supply module with an electric socket and USB ports. We offer an optional VESA mount, to which an all‑in-one computer or monitor can be attached. Lighting and ventilation are activated automatically thanks to a motion sensor and can be adjusted using convenient knobs. Additional LED strips on both sides of the pod provide beneficial facial illumination during video calls.
The hushHybrid office pod has good sound insulation, which guarantees excellent conditions for focused work. The booth is designed to block external sound waves and ensure the full confidentiality of conversations or negotiations held inside. The hushHybrid not only requires just a little more than 1 sqm of office space, but is also fully mobile thanks to its built-in castors. In addition, due to its universal design, the acoustic booth fits into any interior.

Hushoffice acoustic pods meet the requirements for a Certified Autism Resource (CAR) by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). This means that our acoustic pods meet the requirements and needs of people with autism spectrum disorders. Hushoffice pods help create an open, inclusive, and effective workplace where people with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) can work, meet, and talk in appropriate conditions. IBCCES is an independent certification board specializing in cognitive disorders.

With the footprint of approx. 1 sqm, the pod is slightly larger than the hushPhone office phone booth. The hushHybrid is a functional and visually appealing addition to any office, regardless of its size. Fitting perfectly into the available space, the pod can be set up within both a smaller workplace as well as a large open space. What is more, the one-person pod has built-in castors and levelling feet, so the booth can be moved freely around the office without being dismantled.

The hushHybrid acoustic pod is designed in line with Class B (in accordance with the ISO 23351-1:2020 norm). Acoustic booths of this class reduce the level of the noise coming from an open office space from 70 dB to approx. 40 dB. Users of the booths intended for hybrid work do not experience a sense of isolation, as conversations and other sounds from the open space can be heard as muffled background noise. The confidentiality of business meetings held in the pods is guaranteed by the layered composition of high-quality chipboard, glass, foam and fabric.

In addition, there is an option to hang an all‑in-one computer or monitor at the optimal height.
- Lighting is an important element of all video calls. The clarity of a message depends not only on explicit verbal communication, but also on a number of non-verbal aspects. Thanks to the adjustable overhead lighting and two optional LED strips, the user is illuminated in the best possible way. Such a solution contributes to a better presentation of the user’s face during video calls, thus ensuring the desired professional appearance.
- The booth has ideal dimensions even for small workplaces. What is more, the built-in castors make it possible for the booth to be freely moved around an office.
- The pod features a functional power module – a power socket and two USB ports (Type A and Type C).
