The hushHybrid acoustic office pod ensures comfortable conditions for focused individual work, longer video conferences, training sessions and webinars. The booth features a comfortable, soft seat and a depth-adjustable desk top, which facilitates maintaining an upright body position. Inside the pod, there is also a power supply module with an electric socket and USB ports. We offer an optional VESA mount, to which an all‑in-one computer or monitor can be attached. Lighting and ventilation are activated automatically thanks to a motion sensor and can be adjusted using convenient knobs. Additional LED strips on both sides of the pod provide beneficial facial illumination during video calls.

The hushHybrid office pod has good sound insulation, which guarantees excellent conditions for focused work. The booth is designed to block external sound waves and ensure the full confidentiality of conversations or negotiations held inside. The hushHybrid not only requires just a little more than 1 sqm of office space, but is also fully mobile thanks to its built-in castors. In addition, due to its universal design, the acoustic booth fits into any interior.

With the footprint of approx. 1 sqm, the pod is slightly larger than the hushPhone office phone booth. The hushHybrid is a functional and visually appealing addition to any office, regardless of its size. Fitting perfectly into the available space, the pod can be set up within both a smaller workplace as well as a large open space. What is more, the one-person pod has built-in castors and levelling feet, so the booth can be moved freely around the office without being dismantled.

The hushHybrid acoustic pod is designed in line with Class B (in accordance with the ISO 23351-1:2020 norm). Acoustic booths of this class reduce the level of the noise coming from an open office space from 70 dB to approx. 40 dB. Users of the booths intended for hybrid work do not experience a sense of isolation, as conversations and other sounds from the open space can be heard as muffled background noise. The confidentiality of business meetings held in the pods is guaranteed by the layered composition of high-quality chipboard, glass, foam and fabric.

Well-thought-out, ergonomic equipment – the booth features a comfortable, soft seat and a desk top, which can be adjusted in depth (up to 40 mm) to ensure the right conditions for working with a laptop. In addition, there is an option to hang an all‑in-one computer or monitor at the optimal height.
Lighting is an important element of all video calls. The clarity of a message depends not only on explicit verbal communication, but also on a number of non-verbal aspects. Thanks to the adjustable overhead lighting and two optional LED strips, the user is illuminated in the best possible way. Such a solution contributes to a better presentation of the user’s face during video calls, thus ensuring the desired professional appearance.
The booth has ideal dimensions even for small workplaces. What is more, the built-in castors make it possible for the booth to be freely moved around an office.
The pod features a functional power module – a power socket and two USB ports (Type A and Type C).

The most important elements influencing the acoustics of the pod include:
- its structure, which is made from a high-quality honeycomb chipboard;
- safe, double-tempered glass laminated with acoustic film;
- interior elements filled with acoustic foam;
- a precisely fitted gasket system; and
- interior acoustic panels, available in a wide range of colours.
The hushHybrid acoustic pod is a mobile product that can be moved without being dismantled. Thanks to the built-in castors, you can quickly and easily reposition the pod within your office. If you relocate your office, your Hushoffice booth can be dismantled and reassembled in the new location.
The hushHybrid acoustic pod can be connected to the power source in your office through the booth’s ceiling or floor. There is no need for an electrician – simply use the plug to connect the pod to the power source in the floorbox, in the wall or on the ceiling.
The hushHybrid pod for video conferencing and individual work is designed in line with Class B (according to the ISO 23351-1:2020 norm), which guarantees speech privacy. This means that the level of sound from open office spaces which is transmitted to the pods, is approx. 40 dB, ensuring that such sound is reduced to barely audible background noise.
A correctly configured corporate Wi-Fi network is fully functional inside Hushoffice acoustic booths.
The lighting and ventilation in the hushHybrid acoustic pod are activated by a motion sensor. They automatically switch off when a person leaves the booth. The intensity of lighting and ventilation can be adjusted using potentiometers.
The acoustic office pod, designed to facilitate online meetings and focused work, comes with a power cord that is 3.6 metres long.
The dimensions of the depth-adjustable desk top inside the booth are 810 x 400-440 mm. The option to adjust the depth of the desktop by up to 40 mm allows users to comfortably work with a laptop, e.g. participate in video-conferences in optimal conditions.
The hushHybrid acoustic pod for hybrid work can be connected to a standard socket (230 V) in the wall, floor or ceiling, without the need for an electrician. Booths can be plugged in through their ceiling or floor.
We pack the individual components of the hushHybrid acoustic pod in cardboard boxes, which are exceptionally lightweight and fully recyclable. We do not use metal staples in the packaging.
One-person hushHybrid office booths are equipped with an efficient ventilation system, providing comfortable conditions for focusing on an online conversation or the task at hand. The system is activated by a motion sensor when a user enters the pod. In addition, employees can use a knob to set the optimal fan speed themselves. The ventilation system has a capacity of 120 cbm/h and exchanges air in just 90 seconds. The parameters have been carefully adjusted to guarantee adequate airflow and ensure freshness inside the acoustic booth.
