HUSHFREE.ACCESS.L – LARGE OFFICE POD ADAPTED FOR USE BY PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

HushFree.Access.L is an office acoustic booth, fully adapted to the needs of people with mobility disabilities. The pod has a low threshold, enabling easy and relaxed entry, a wider door, and a handle allowing easy booth opening, and access to the pod – just pull them towards yourself, without the need to turn your wrist. The pod door can be left or right-handed, which additionally allows you to adapt the booth to the needs of the employees of a specific office. HushFree.Access.L has a new LED lighting system with an intensity of 500 lux at the tabletop level. The booth will enable you to spend much more time on meetings and conversations, whether stationary or online, while maintaining peace. The pod is intended for face-to-face or hybrid, meaningful conversations requiring privacy, team meetings, or creative work. It will work great as a larger private workspace or an alternative to traditional conference rooms, additionally adapted to ADA needs. You can equip the booth however you want – arrange its interior yourself.

HushFree.Access.L allows you to conduct meetings for up to 6 people depending on the configuration. With the hushFree.Access.L office pod, you can create a separate space in the office for teamwork, meetings, and online work. The booth is fully adapted for use by people with limited mobility, including people in wheelchairs (ADA compliant). The lower threshold and the new, intuitive lighting and ventilation touch-control system give every office user the opportunity to work comfortably and conduct good-quality meetings. The hushFree.Access.L booth is adapted to the needs of people with mobility disabilities, and also has an acoustic class B according to the ISO 23351-1: 2020 standard for office acoustic booths. All-new acoustic panels inside the pod ensure the user is shielded from unwanted external noise. The booths from the hushFree line ensure privacy and confidential conversations.

How does an office pod work?

EVEN BETTER LIGHTING FOR AN EFFICIENT WORKPLACE

The lighting system in hushFree acoustic booths has been designed to provide employees with 500 lux lighting at tabletop level, which allows them to spend much more time in meetings and online conversations. Lighting is controlled by an intuitive touchscreen module; you can adjust the lighting parameters to your preferences and tasks to work how you want and when you want. The color of the light can be set in the range of 2200 – 6500 K. In automatic mode, after turning on the booth thanks to a motion sensor, the color of the light adapts to the current time of day, immediately providing the best conditions for work and meetings.

Extremely efficient ventilation in the acoustic booths from the hushFree line improves employee comfort and increases productivity. Fast air exchange maximizes safety in acoustic pods and impacts the well-being of the people working in them. The ventilation is controlled by an intuitive touchscreen module – you can adjust the atmosphere to your preferences. The ventilation system is activated by a motion sensor inside the booth.

The office must take into account neurodiversity and support the distinct mindset of each employee in order to become a more integrated and inclusive place.

PRECISE ADJUSTMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE OFFICE THANKS TO THE HUSHASSISTANT MODULE

The hushFree.Access.L pod is equipped with a new touch panel to control lighting and ventilation. HushAssistant is an optional module with a touch screen to control the pod. It allows for simple and intuitive changes to the colour and intensity of the light (2200 – 6500 K), the speed of the fans in the pod and gives the possibility to manage reservations of the acoustic pod. Changes inside the pod can be made with one finger, and the colour touch screen will show the user exactly the current settings.
