Why are Hushoffice acoustic pods the perfect solution for your institution?

Flexibility

To provide additional rooms for one-to-one sessions with pupils, there is no need to construct a traditional room – an acoustic pod is ready for use immediately after installation and connection to a power source.

Ergonomics

Hushoffice acoustic pods occupy relatively little floor space while ensuring a spacious interior. They can be placed, for example, in a corridor or other existing areas to maximise the efficient use of the facility’s space.

Installation time

Installation of a Hushoffice acoustic pod takes up to a few hours, depending on the model. Once installed and connected to power, the pod can be used immediately.

Relocation

Hushoffice acoustic pods are mobile. If the layout of the facility changes, the pod can be moved to the desired location thanks to the built-in wheels. If necessary, the pod can also be disassembled and reassembled in a new location.

More and more children are enrolled in individualised learning pathways due to specific difficulties. We need to provide these children with a space for one-to-one learning with a teacher. […] Nowadays, there are many more children with various challenges. This may partly result from better diagnosis – psychological and educational support is provided more quickly, which brings new responsibilities that we must address. We are seeing an increasing number of children on the autism spectrum or with Asperger’s, who require individual sessions. Acoustic pods offer schools a solution to help the headteacher manage all of this effectively.”
Małgorzata Pyła, Deputy Headteacher at John Paul II Primary School in Szczodrzykowo.

In the acoustic pod, individual calming sessions with a pupil are primarily conducted. It provides an additional space for therapy. In our school, the pod is used on average twice a day. […] It is also used when a child, for example, has an aggressive outburst and needs to be calmed in an environment free from additional stimuli. For children with autism, even small triggers, such as a bird chirping, can cause aggressive episodes. The silence in the pod allows them to recover.”
Sebastian Zieliński, Headteacher of Special School Complex No. 2 in Łódź.

We use acoustic pods for individual work with children, where a teacher can close themselves off with one or two pupils, have complete quiet, focus entirely on them, and ensure no one disturbs them. […] The acoustic pod can also be used for meetings with a teacher, sessions with a counsellor or psychologist, brainstorming with a staff member, or online training.”

Małgorzata Kulakin, Chief Accountant at the Primary School of the Righteous Among the Nations in Kamionki.
